Tasting notes : Fragrances of white blossom, pear, honey and lychee. Fresh, liquorice bouquet, good balance on the palate, body combining freshness and creaminess. After a few months, it tends to develop the mineral and smoky aromas of the terroir.

Best as : Anytime, aperitif, during the meal, will finely accompany mushroom quiche, sea bass with fennel, chicken with mascarpone.
