Maturing : Matured in barrels for 12 months, then bottled.  
Ageing potential : 10 years  
Tasting notes : First, nose of morello cherry, blackberry jam, green  
tomato, some smoky aroma, salted toffee, changing then in peanut, paprika and laurel aromas. The mouth is ample and firm at the opening with caraway, blackberry, nutmeg, with some oaky notes; Tannin is crunchy.
