Tasting notes : A ruby color with violet hues that reveal aromas of ripe red fruit, currants and cassis with some spicy notes. On tasting, the wine reveals elegant, well structured with a roundness in the mouth and amplitude. The fruit aromas are followed by soft tannins with good persistancy.  
Serving temperature : 16°- 18°  
Best as : During the meal to accompany beef carpaccio with parmesan cheese, stuff tomatos , beef cheek tajine with prunes and  
almonds.
